Founder | Principal
As the founder and principal at Saltwater Interactive, Julie handles all client work directly – no outsourcing responsibilities to junior hires and stepping up for client meetings and phone calls. Her career spans more than two decades, and she was not only front and center, but an active participant in, the rise of social media and Web 2.0. Julie began working with wellness brands following the birth of her son, as she navigated ways to shift to a natural, health- and wellness-focused household. When she’s not working on client assignments, she’s spending time with her son, Aiden, her Goldies, Chance and Harper, or abiding by the wills and whims of her alpha Cavalier, Bristol.
Aiden Conner
Intern
While Julie handles all client work directly, her #2 is her son, Aiden, who is spending his summer break digging into Web development, Canva design, and social media – while pursuing his true passion and continuing to expand his encyclopedic knowledge of ancient history. Aiden’s primary tasks will center around the needs of the business of consulting itself and studying the basics of business and strategy. Someday, if he doesn’t decide to pursue his dream of becoming an archaeologist, he may join forces with Mom and become a marketer, himself.
BEYOND THE TEAM
