Julie Wohlberg
Founder | Principal
Julie Wohlberg is a marketing strategist, communications executive, and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building brands, launching companies, creating new markets, and turning ambitious ideas into measurable growth.
As Global Head of Communications and Business Development for Fotolia, Julie helped guide the company from launch through its growth into a global creative marketplace and its eventual acquisition by Adobe in a reported $800 million transaction.
She later founded BlogWire and SheBlogs.org, where she developed and managed integrated marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands including SC Johnson, Lands’ End, Hyundai, GoPro, Hasbro, American Standard Brands, and New England Coffee. Her new-media conference, SheCon, brought together leaders in technology, media, entrepreneurship, and digital culture and was named one of the top 50 events for young entrepreneurs by Under30CEO.
Julie’s work spans brand strategy, go-to-market planning, public relations, digital communications, websites, search, partnerships, business development, experiential marketing, and emerging AI applications. She has launched and scaled multiple ventures across consumer products, technology, wellness, hospitality, entertainment, nonprofit initiatives, and founder-led businesses.

Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and visual brand development. His work spans startups, consumer brands, digital campaigns, marketing collateral, packaging, and experiential design. Known for combining strong creative instincts with practical execution, Aaron helps translate strategy into polished, cohesive visual systems that support growth.

Aiden Conner
Marketing Intern
Aiden supports research, content, digital projects, and the next generation of ideas taking shape inside Saltwater. At 15, he has participated in congressional meetings supporting reef-conservation legislation, curated a country-music video featuring more than 60 nationally recognized artists, and contributed to the development of a real-time artificial-reef monitoring system.
